I spent 25 years inside the real estate industry. As a Branch Manager, loan officer, and transaction coordinator, I saw exactly how the system works — and more importantly, how it works against buyers.
The process isn’t complicated. It’s just been made to seem complicated, because complexity keeps agents in the equation and their commissions intact.
I founded Buy Without Agents because I know buyers are fully capable of handling this process themselves. They just need the right knowledge. I built this platform to give them exactly that.
I was also the founder of 1st For Sale by Owner, helping hundreds of sellers close without an agent. This is the buyer-side version of that same mission — putting knowledge and control back where it belongs. With you.
